Ingredients
- 1 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. whipping cream
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. almond extract
Method
- Mix well and chill.
- Roll dough out 1/4-inch thick.
- Cut out small, round cookies (about 1 1/2-inches in diameter).
- Pat each side with sugar.
- Prick each cookie with a fork.
- Bake on greased cookie sheet for 7 to 9 minutes at 350°.
