Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar, American)
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 large bag corn chips
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing

Method

  • Brown ground beef and drain fat.
  • Set aside to cool.
  • Dice tomatoes and cucumbers.
  • Chop lettuce and green onions.
  • Grate cheese.
  • Put all ingredients in a large serving bowl.
  • Add ground beef and corn chips.
  • Toss well.
  • Keep in fridge until ready to serve.
  • Just before serving, add bottle of Italian dressing (or enough to satisfy taste).
  • Toss well.
