Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar, American)
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 large bag corn chips
- 1 bottle Italian dressing
Method
- Brown ground beef and drain fat.
- Set aside to cool.
- Dice tomatoes and cucumbers.
- Chop lettuce and green onions.
- Grate cheese.
- Put all ingredients in a large serving bowl.
- Add ground beef and corn chips.
- Toss well.
- Keep in fridge until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, add bottle of Italian dressing (or enough to satisfy taste).
- Toss well.
