Ingredients
- 1 fryer chicken, cut up
- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 3 c. milk
Method
- Use 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cover.
- Pour rice in the dish, covering the bottom.
- Add the soups, but save some of onion soup mix to cover chicken.
- Add milk and stir until evenly distributed. It is okay to have soup lumps.
- Put chicken pieces on the top. Sprinkle with remaining onion soup mix.
- Cover and bake at 275° for 2 hours.
- Serves 6 to 8.
