Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Beat egg white until stiff.
- Add brown sugar, nuts and vanilla.
- Preheat oven to 250°.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Cut oven off and let sit for 25 minutes.
- Cool before removing from pan.
