- 1 tablespoon almond butter, or
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 scoop whey protein powder
- 1 tablespoon flax seed, ground
- 1 tablespoon flax seed oil
- 1/3 banana, frozen
- 1 tablespoon blueberries, frozen
- 1 cup water
- artificial sweetener, to taste (optional)
Method
- Put everything in a blender and blend until creamy and fluffy.
