Ingredients
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 1 egg, hard-boiled and separated
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 Tbsp. anchovy paste
- dash of pepper
Method
- Soften cream cheese.
- Mix all ingredients except egg together with mixer.
- Separate egg; crumble and sprinkle over top of dip. Serve with veggies or crackers.
