- 1 (16 oz.) can pear halves
- 1 (16 oz.) can peach halves
- 1 (17 oz.) can apricot halves
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 1 banana (optional)
- 3/4 c. light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. curry powder
Method
- Drain fruit well and arrange in a 8 x 12 x 2-inch pan or baking dish.
- Blend sugar, cornstarch, margarine and curry powder together.
- Pour over fruit.
- Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Serves 8 to 10.
