Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 dash ground ginger
- 6 eggs, hard-cooked and chopped
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 6 slices whole wheat bread
- tomatoes, sliced (optional)
Method
- In a bowl, blend mayonnaise, honey, curry, and ginger.
- Stir in eggs and onions.
- Spread on each slice of bread and top with a tomato slice if desired.
