Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2-1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 None onion, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1/2 None cauliflower, cut into florets
Method
- Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add spices and cook, stirring, for 1 min, until fragrant. Add onion and saute 3-5 mins, until tender. Add cauliflower, tossing to coat well with spices and onion.
- Stir in tomatoes. Cover and cook 10-15 mins, until sauce is reduced and cauliflower is tender. Season to taste.
