Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2-1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 None onion, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 None cauliflower, cut into florets

Method

  • Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add spices and cook, stirring, for 1 min, until fragrant. Add onion and saute 3-5 mins, until tender. Add cauliflower, tossing to coat well with spices and onion.
  • Stir in tomatoes. Cover and cook 10-15 mins, until sauce is reduced and cauliflower is tender. Season to taste.
