Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. cubed loaf cake
- 3 Tbsp. orange juice
- 5 Tbsp. preserves
- 1 1/2 c. cold milk
- 1 pkg. instant pudding
- 1 3/4 c. (4 oz.) thawed Cool Whip
Method
- Place cake cubes in large bowl.
- Sprinkle with orange juice. Stir preserves into cake cubes.
- Divide into 6 dessert glasses. Pour milk into medium bowl.
- Add pudding mix.
- Beat with wire whisk 1 or 2 minutes.
- Gently stir in Cool Whip.
- Spoon over cake cubes in glasses.
- Garnish with Cool Whip, nuts, maraschino cherries, etc.
- Refrigerate.
