Ingredients
- 2 cans (5 ounces each) light water-packed tuna, drained and flaked
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced
Method
- In a large bowl, combine the first ten ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve on cucumber slices.
