Ingredients
- 1 lg. cucumber, peeled, seeded & chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (8 ounce.) carton plain lowfat yogurt
- 2 tbsp. grated onion
- 1 teaspoon dry whole dillweed
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Method
- Combine cucumber and salt.
- Let stand 15 min.
- Drain well.
- Combine cucumbers and remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
- Cover and chill 2 hrs.
- Serve with fish or possibly hamburgers.
