Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 4 cube steaks
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans sliced potatoes, drained
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans French style green beans, drained
  • 4 ounces mushrooms, drained
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed golden mushroom soup, undiluted

Method

  • In a resealable plastic bag, combine flour, salt and pepper.
  • Add steaks and shake to coat.
  • In a skillet, brown steaks on both sides in oil.
  • Set aside and keep warm.
  • Add onion, potatoes, green beans, mushrooms and soup to skillet.
  • Return steaks to skillet.
  • Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until meat is tender.
