Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger meat
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Green chilies
  • Corn tortillas
  • Shredded cheese

Method

  • Brown meat and onion, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add Rotel, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and green chiles. Picante sauce can be substituted for chilies.
  • Mix well.
  • In a casserole dish, put a layer of the meat sauce.
  • Cover with pieces of the corn tortillas, quarter or eighths.
  • Repeat until all meat sauce is used.
  • Cover with cheese.
  • Bake 15 minutes at 350.
