Ingredients
- 2 lg. cans yams (heated & mashed)
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 3/4-1 c. sugar
Method
- Mix yams with all spices, egg, evaporated lowfat milk and sugar; mix well.
- Pour mix into 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Mix topping till crumbly and sprinkle over potatoes.
- Dot with more butter if you like.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Serves 10-12.
