Ingredients
- 2 large eggs (beat w/fork)
- 1 pound ricotta cheese 2 containers
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
- 1 x salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 pound marinara sauce 1 bottle
Method
- 13x9 Glass pan (24 shells).
- Half of sauce in bottom.
- Fill cooked shells with ricotta cheese.
- Pour rest of sauce on top.
- Top with parmesan and mozzarella.
- Bake 350F (180C) F uncovered for 30 minutes.
