- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- few shakes Tabasco
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (5 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
Method
- Toss all ingredients together, except cheese.
- Place into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
- Serves 4 to 6.
- Can be served over patty shells.
