Ingredients
- 1 small head of cabbage, shredded
- 1 container 3-bean salad mix (reserve liquid)
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- Optional: chopped cucumber, red or green pepper
Method
- Place cabbage in bottom of bowl.
- Layer 3-bean salad on cabbage.
- Top with chopped vegetables.
- Add seasonings as desired (salt, pepper, celery seed).
- Pour reserved liquid marinade over all.
- Add additional vinaigrette if necessary.
- Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
