Ingredients

  • 1 small head of cabbage, shredded
  • 1 container 3-bean salad mix (reserve liquid)
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Optional: chopped cucumber, red or green pepper

Method

  • Place cabbage in bottom of bowl.
  • Layer 3-bean salad on cabbage.
  • Top with chopped vegetables.
  • Add seasonings as desired (salt, pepper, celery seed).
  • Pour reserved liquid marinade over all.
  • Add additional vinaigrette if necessary.
  • Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
