- 8 squash scrubbed clean

Method
- Slice into 1/2 inch pieces. Boil in water just to cover for 15 minutes. Drain in colander and put in casserole dish. Grate Cheddar cheese over top and a few lumps of butter and sprinkle cracker crumbs over top.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour or until brown. If when filling casserole and the juice is scare, add 2 tablespoons water.
