Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Margarine
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Almond milk
- 1/4 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tbsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tbsp Seasoning salt
- 2/3 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast tenders
Method
- Preheat oven to 375F
- In one bowl, beat the eggs and almond milk together until smooth
- In another bowl, mix all of the seasoning together
- Dip each chicken tender into egg bowl, cover each entire tender in egg
- Dip the tenders into bowl with seasoning, cover each side of the tender
- Place chicken into baking dish
- Add butter into bowl, surrounding the chicken
- Cook in oven for about 35 minutes, or until juice runs clear, or chicken is not pink anymore
