Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Margarine
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Almond milk
  • 1/4 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tbsp Seasoning salt
  • 2/3 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast tenders

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375F
  • In one bowl, beat the eggs and almond milk together until smooth
  • In another bowl, mix all of the seasoning together
  • Dip each chicken tender into egg bowl, cover each entire tender in egg
  • Dip the tenders into bowl with seasoning, cover each side of the tender
  • Place chicken into baking dish
  • Add butter into bowl, surrounding the chicken
  • Cook in oven for about 35 minutes, or until juice runs clear, or chicken is not pink anymore
