Ingredients

  • 5 pounds Yellow Squash, Sliced 1/4" Thick
  • 1 whole Large Onion, Chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots, Peeled
  • 1 can (10 3/4 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup, Condensed
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 package (6 Oz. Package) Stuffing Mix, Seasoned
  • 1/2 cups Margarine, Melted

Method

  • 1. Combine all ingredients except stuffing mix and margarine.
  • 2. Place in a crockpot.
  • 3. Mix together stuffing mix and margarine.
  • 4. Spread on top of the squash mixture.
  • 5. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
