Ingredients
- 5 pounds Yellow Squash, Sliced 1/4" Thick
- 1 whole Large Onion, Chopped
- 1 cup Carrots, Peeled
- 1 can (10 3/4 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup, Condensed
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 package (6 Oz. Package) Stuffing Mix, Seasoned
- 1/2 cups Margarine, Melted
Method
- 1. Combine all ingredients except stuffing mix and margarine.
- 2. Place in a crockpot.
- 3. Mix together stuffing mix and margarine.
- 4. Spread on top of the squash mixture.
- 5. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
