Ingredients

  • 4 lb pork roast-excess fat trimmed
  • 3 garlic cloves,peeled
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 3 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 2 tsp cayenne powder
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 2 yellow onions diced
  • 1 green pepper,diced
  • 2 small red peppers,diced
  • 2 small yellow pepper,diced
  • 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 can diced tomatoes do not drain
  • 1 can tomatoes with green chiles do not drain

Method

  • Add roast to crockpot,press knife in the spots and push garlic into the roast
  • Pour hot sauce over meat and sprinkle with all seasonings.
  • Place veggies and tomatoes ontop of roast and seasonings.
  • Cover and cook low 8-10hours
  • Shred pork when done cooking with two forks and remove bone
