Ingredients
- 4 to 6 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (may be frozen)
- 4 to 6 Bacon Slices - microwaved to render fat
- 2 Cans Cream Soup (Any combination of Mushroom, chicken or celery)
- 15 Oz. can chicken broth
- 1 C. Sour cream
- Onion and garlic powder- About 2 tsps ea.
- 2 to 3 Cups Frozen Veggies (Peas and Carrots are good)
- Optional-Canned Mushrooms and/or Frozen Pearl Onions
- S&P
Method
- Microwave bacon. Wrap each breast with a strip of bacon. Place in crockpot.
- Mix together all other ingredients and pour over chicken.
- Cook in crockpot on low for 8 - 9 hours.
- Great served over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
