Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (may be frozen)
  • 4 to 6 Bacon Slices - microwaved to render fat
  • 2 Cans Cream Soup (Any combination of Mushroom, chicken or celery)
  • 15 Oz. can chicken broth
  • 1 C. Sour cream
  • Onion and garlic powder- About 2 tsps ea.
  • 2 to 3 Cups Frozen Veggies (Peas and Carrots are good)
  • Optional-Canned Mushrooms and/or Frozen Pearl Onions
  • S&P

Method

  • Microwave bacon. Wrap each breast with a strip of bacon. Place in crockpot.
  • Mix together all other ingredients and pour over chicken.
  • Cook in crockpot on low for 8 - 9 hours.
  • Great served over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
