Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cup water
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 pinch dried chives
- 1 tsp meat tenderisizer
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 3 tbsp room temp. butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Method
- Mix all chicken and ingredients together put in crock pot for two hours.
- Shred the chicken and add back in pot
- After the two hours past, mix ingredients in bowl, spoon in dumplings, close lid for a hour in a half.
