Ingredients
- 27 oz. can sauerkraut
- 4 pkg. corned beef (10 oz. total)
- 1 lb. Swiss cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle Thousand Island dressing
Method
- Drain, squeeze and chop sauerkraut.
- Cut up corned beef and cheese.
- Add Thousand Island dressing to first 3 ingredients; mix well.
- Put in crock-pot and cook on low for 2 hours.
- Spread on crackers or party rye bread.
