- 1 lb. or so beef steak (any cut)
- 10 oz. green beans or solid green vegetables of choice (frozen)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1/2 can water
- 4 carrots, pennied
- 1 c. celery
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- garlic salt
- celery salt
- salt and pepper
Method
- Place ingredients in crock-pot in the morning on low.
- Leave all day.
