Ingredients

  • 1 large Hanpen
  • 300 grams Ground chicken
  • 45 grams - 10 cm of the white part, 20 cm of the green part Green onions or scallions
  • 1 tsp Chicken soup stock granules
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Katakuriko
  • 1 tsp Vegetable oil

Method

  • Mash the hanpen into a paste.
  • Add the ground chicken, finely chopped green onion, chicken soup stock granules, salt and pepper to Step 1.
  • Mix all together until sticky.
  • Form into nuggets and coat with katakuriko.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan, fry the nuggets until browned, and they're done.
