Ingredients
- 1 large Hanpen
- 300 grams Ground chicken
- 45 grams - 10 cm of the white part, 20 cm of the green part Green onions or scallions
- 1 tsp Chicken soup stock granules
- 1 Salt
- 1 Pepper
- 1 Katakuriko
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
Method
- Mash the hanpen into a paste.
- Add the ground chicken, finely chopped green onion, chicken soup stock granules, salt and pepper to Step 1.
- Mix all together until sticky.
- Form into nuggets and coat with katakuriko.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, fry the nuggets until browned, and they're done.
