Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lb. chicken pieces
  • 2 c. instant mashed potato flakes
  • 2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 Tbsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 c. margarine

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Grease a 15 x 10 or 13 x 9-inch pan. In a bowl, combine potato flakes, cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, salt, paprika and pepper. Stir. Dip chicken in melted margarine and roll in potato flakes mixture to coat.
  • Put in pan and bake at 375° for 60 to 75 minutes or until done.
