Ingredients
- 1 pt. fresh corn
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
Method
- Cut corn from cob, scraping the cob.
- Add milk and flour to eggs. Beat until fairly smooth. Add corn and butter; mix well. Spoon into pan of medium-hot oil. Brown on both sides. Freeze leftovers for reheating.
