Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless breast halves
- 1 egg or 2 egg whites, beaten
- 1/2 c. dry crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- hot cooked rice (optional)
- 1 can asparagus soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/3 c. water
Method
- In pie plate, dip chicken in egg, then in bread crumbs.
- In skillet, over medium-low heat, in hot oil, cook chicken 15 minutes or until browned on both sides.
- Remove and keep warm.
