Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. melted oleo
- 2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 3/4 c. crushed seasoned croutons
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Separate the crescent rolls into four rectangles and seal perforations.
- Blend the cream cheese and melted oleo until smooth.
- Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Spoon 1/2 cup of the mixture into center of each rectangle. Roll the four corners of the dough to center and seal.
- Brush tops with melted oleo and sprinkle with seasoned croutons.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 20 to 25 minutes until golden.
