Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. melted oleo
  • 2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 3/4 c. crushed seasoned croutons

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Separate the crescent rolls into four rectangles and seal perforations.
  • Blend the cream cheese and melted oleo until smooth.
  • Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Spoon 1/2 cup of the mixture into center of each rectangle. Roll the four corners of the dough to center and seal.
  • Brush tops with melted oleo and sprinkle with seasoned croutons.
  • Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 20 to 25 minutes until golden.
