Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- pinch of salt
Method
- Whip all ingredients in a mixing bowl with a wire whisk.
- Pour onto greased skillet, making about a 7 or 8-inch diameter crepe. Once lightly browned, flip once.
- Serve with your favorite jelly or jam rolled in the crepe.
- This recipe will make approximately 4 crepes.
