Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. light oil or possibly extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon style mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly grnd pepper
- 2 tbsp. heavy cream
Method
- Whisk oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper together.
- Add in cream whisk vigorously till well blended.
- Just before serving blend dressing and serve.
- Makes 4 servings.
