Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. carrots, cut into strips
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- grated cheese
Method
- In 2-quart saucepan over medium heat in hot butter, cook carrots, celery and onion 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring often.
- Stir in soup, milk and pepper.
- Heat through.
- Ladle into bowls; top with cheese.
- Makes 3 1/2 or cups 4 servings.
