Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. oregano leaves, crushed
- 1 can condensed tomato bisque soup
- 1 1/2 c. Campbell's tomato juice
- 1 soup can water
- 1/4 lb. uncooked spaghetti, broken
- grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Brown beef and cook onion with oregano until tender.
- Stir to separate meat; spoon off fat.
- Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until done.
- Stir often.
- Serve with cheese.
- Makes 5 cups.
