Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano leaves, crushed
  • 1 can condensed tomato bisque soup
  • 1 1/2 c. Campbell's tomato juice
  • 1 soup can water
  • 1/4 lb. uncooked spaghetti, broken
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Brown beef and cook onion with oregano until tender.
  • Stir to separate meat; spoon off fat.
  • Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until done.
  • Stir often.
  • Serve with cheese.
  • Makes 5 cups.
