Ingredients
- 6 ears fresh white or yellow corn
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. water
- salt
- pepper
- 1/4 c. bacon grease
Method
- Heat bacon grease in frying pan over medium heat.
- When its hot, add corn and lower heat.
- Stir in flour, sugar, milk and water.
- Mix well and cook gently until nice and tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- You may need to add a touch more milk if too dry.
- Delicious!
