Ingredients
- 4 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
- 1 c. drained peaches
- 1 pie shell, baked
Method
- Melt marshmallows with orange and lemon juice in double boiler.
- Stir until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream and peaches. Pour into pastry shell and chill.
- Garnish with sliced peaches.
