Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese at room temperature
- 8 oz. Swiss cheese at room temperature
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- garlic powder to tate
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Mix cheeses, mayonnaise, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce together well.
- Form log and roll in nuts.
- Refrigerate before serving.
