Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 med. onion, sliced
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoon cornstarch blended with 1 tbsp. water
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • Cooked noodles (save broth)

Method

  • In frying pan, add in onion and mushrooms.
  • Cook, stirring till both are lightly browned.
  • Fold in garlic, paprika, Worcestershire sauce and broth from cooked noodles, stirring to blend in brown bits from pan.
  • Stir in cornstarch mix mixing till thickened.
  • Add in meatballs to mushroom sauce.
  • Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 10 min.
  • Remove from heat and blend in lowfat sour cream.
  • Return to low heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve over noodles.
