Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. salad oil
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch blended with 1 tbsp. water
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- Cooked noodles (save broth)
Method
- In frying pan, add in onion and mushrooms.
- Cook, stirring till both are lightly browned.
- Fold in garlic, paprika, Worcestershire sauce and broth from cooked noodles, stirring to blend in brown bits from pan.
- Stir in cornstarch mix mixing till thickened.
- Add in meatballs to mushroom sauce.
- Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 10 min.
- Remove from heat and blend in lowfat sour cream.
- Return to low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over noodles.
