Ingredients
- 16 ounces penne pasta
- 1 pound sweet italian sausage ground
- 6 large garlic cloves minced
- 1 onion medium, chopped
- 48 ounces pasta sauce
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 8 ounces Parmesan cheese shredded, divided
Method
- Cook pasta until al dente
- In deep skillet, cook Italian Sausage, garlic cloves, and onion until meat is no longer pink.
- Add pasta sauce and whipping cream. Heat til boiling.
- Remove from heat and add half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Drain pasta and add to your meat sauce. Stir until well combined. Pour mixture into 9 x13 inch pan and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan Cheese.
- Bake at 350 until cheese melts and is bubbly. About 10 minutes.
