Ingredients

  • 16 ounces penne pasta
  • 1 pound sweet italian sausage ground
  • 6 large garlic cloves minced
  • 1 onion medium, chopped
  • 48 ounces pasta sauce
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 8 ounces Parmesan cheese shredded, divided

Method

  • Cook pasta until al dente
  • In deep skillet, cook Italian Sausage, garlic cloves, and onion until meat is no longer pink.
  • Add pasta sauce and whipping cream. Heat til boiling.
  • Remove from heat and add half of the Parmesan cheese.
  • Drain pasta and add to your meat sauce. Stir until well combined. Pour mixture into 9 x13 inch pan and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan Cheese.
  • Bake at 350 until cheese melts and is bubbly. About 10 minutes.
