Ingredients
- 8 oz. white fettuccine
- 8 oz. spinach fettuccine
- 2 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 lb. smoked salmon
- 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh dill tops
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
Method
- Cook pasta as directed on package.
- In medium skillet, bring cream to a boil, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes. Cut salmon into 2-inch strips. Add to cream. Stir in dill. Drain pasta. Return to pan.
- Pour cream mixture over pasta. Toss well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serves 4.
