Ingredients

  • 8 oz. white fettuccine
  • 8 oz. spinach fettuccine
  • 2 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 lb. smoked salmon
  • 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh dill tops
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper

Method

  • Cook pasta as directed on package.
  • In medium skillet, bring cream to a boil, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes. Cut salmon into 2-inch strips. Add to cream. Stir in dill. Drain pasta. Return to pan.
  • Pour cream mixture over pasta. Toss well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serves 4.
