Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 c. crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 3 to 5 bananas
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 medium Cool Whip
Method
- Mix crumbs and 1 stick margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Beat eggs and butter (room temperature).
- Cream powdered sugar and butter.
- Beat 5 minutes.
- Spread over graham cracker crust.
- Cut up bananas on top of butter mix.
- Sprinkle pineapple on top of bananas, then top with Cool Whip.
- Keep refrigerated.
