Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
  • 2 c. grated cheese (1/2 Jack, 1/2 Cheddar)
  • 1 pt. dairy sour cream
  • 1 1/4 lb. ground beef, browned
  • 1 small can chopped olives
  • 12 snack flour tortillas

Method

  • Mix together soup, chilies, 1 cup cheese and sour cream in a saucepan and heat until cheese is melted. Using 1/2 of the soup mixture, spoon soup and ground beef into snack size tortillas. Roll up tortillas and place side by side in long pan with 2-inch sides.
  • Pour remaining soup mixture over top and sprinkle with rest of cheese. Top with olives.
  • Bake at 300° for 25 minutes.
