Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 (8 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
Method
- Combine ingredients and place in an 8-inch square baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
