Ingredients
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Melt butter over low heat with the water.
- Remove from heat and stir in cocoa.
- Beat in sugar, one cup at a time, and add vanilla.
- Beat to consistency (add a little water if too thick).
