Ingredients

  • 3 cups farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
  • 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed

Method

  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, cook bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp, stirring occasionally.
  • Transfer bacon to paper towels with slotted spoon.
  • Discard all but 1 Tbsp.
  • drippings from skillet.
  • Add chicken to reserved drippings; cook and stir 3 min.
  • Stir in tomatoes; cook 5 to 6 min.
  • or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.
  • Add cream cheese; mix well.
  • Cook and stir 2 min.
  • or until cream cheese is melted.
  • Drain pasta; place in large bowl.
  • Add sauce; toss to coat.
  • Top with bacon.
