Ingredients
- 9 medium potatoes
- 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 1/2 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 cup whole milk
- 15 1/2 oz evaporated milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Method
- Boil the water
- Peel wash and dice the potatoes.
- Cook the potatoes till fork tender drain.
- Heat milk, and shred the cheeses.
- Add to hot milk.
- Stir till melted and incorporated into milk
- Mix water and cornstarch.
- Add to milk and cheeses
- Stir in potatoes mix well.
- Garnish with parsley
