Ingredients

  • 1 butter
  • 1 (11oz.) pkg.carmel bits
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup salted dry roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup broken pretzels
  • 1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 to 5 whole graham crackers

Method

  • Line an 8x8" pan with foil, letting foil extend over 2 sides.
  • Coat foil with butter.
  • Arrange the crackers in the bottom of the pan .
  • Cutting to fit as needed; set aside.
  • Melt carmel bits with heavy cream in microwave for 2 minutes.
  • Stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Pour over crackers in pan.
  • Sprinkle with peanuts, marshmallows and pretzels.
  • Pressing gently.
  • Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over mixture in the pan.
  • Chill at least 1 hour.
  • Remove from pan by lifting the foil before cutting.
