Ingredients
- 8 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1 c. herb seasoned crushed stuffing
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
Method
- Lightly grease baking dish; arrange chicken breasts and top with cheese.
- Combine soup and wine.
- Spoon over chicken. Sprinkle stuffing mix on top, then drizzle butter over chicken. Bake in oven at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
- Serves 8.
