Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. crushed Stove Top stuffing mix
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine
Method
- Arrange chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each piece of chicken.
- Stir together the soup and water.
- Spread evenly over chicken.
- Sprinkle crumbs on top and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
